During the construction of the Korithos Apartment
Building our firm provided interior design services to some of the apartment
owners
and also facilitated the process of construction and installation of items such
as kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, built-in furniture, etc. This apartment's

This law office is about 2,500 s.f. The client wanted our
firm to design timeless and elegant office interiors so that to exhibit the high
quality services offered to their clients. For the floors we have used elegant marble
finishes and for the walls wood and
marble veneers. We have custom designed all doors and built-in furniture. We
have also designed walls out of wood and sand-blasted glass and a full line of office furniture.
We paid great attention to all details and used the best craftsmen on the island
to create a beautiful and harmonious office environment. Our clients were
extremely pleased with the final outcome. |
CyProperties Office

Our client wanted to connect three existing small offices
and turn them into one big luxurious office suite close to 3,200 s.f. Some of
the most important spaces were the lobby, conference room, two vip offices, and
four other smaller offices. Some of the special custom designed elements were
the marble floor, built-in furniture, walls made out of wood and sand-blasted
glass, and a custom design line of office furniture. We paid particular
attention to all details, the colors of each room, and also the colors of all
material finishes used in the office. |
Rocket Diner Restaurant

The restaurant is about 2,500 s.f. and and is built at two
levels. The client wanted to create an American diner and use the 50's theme.
Therefore, we introduced items such as colorful furniture, checkered black and
white vinyl flooring, bright yellow bar countertop, and 50's colorful murals and
accessories. The kitchen remained open and visually accessible to customers. Our
design provided various spaces to accommodate people's preferences for more
public or more private seating arrangements. |
Lorentano Restaurant

The Lorentano restaurant and bar are part of the Europa
hotel in Cyprus. The client wanted to create a light and comfortable hospitality
environment for their customers at a very affordable budget. In our designs we
tried to give the bar and restaurant a Mediterranean look. We used soft colors,
and materials such as marble and parquet flooring, and local stone wall veneers.
We custom designed all doors and windows and also designed some of the built-in
furniture |
